HARDWARE

A computer system consists of two major elements: 
Hardware and Software.

Computer hardware is the collection of physical elements that constitutes a computer system. 
Computer hardware is the physical parts or components of a computer.
Computer Hard ware is also classified into five categories. 
Those are:
1) Input devices:-
Input devices mean the devices that enter the information in to the computer.

2) Output Devices:-
Output devices bring information OUT of a computer system. 
Examples:- 





  



3) Storage Devices:-
A storage device is any computing hardware that is used for storing, porting and extracting data files and objects. 
It can hold and store information both temporarily and permanently, and can be internal or external to a computer, server or any similar computing device.

4) Computer Case:-
Which is the base unit and includes the base components essential for the Computer Run?

A computer case also known as a computer chassis, tower, system unit, cabinet, base unit or simply case is the enclosure that contains most of the components of a computer.
5) Data ports:-
A port serves as an interface between the computer and other computers or peripheral devices.
Computer ports have many uses, to connect a monitor, webcam, speakers, or other peripheral devices. 
On the physical layer, a computer port is a specialized outlet on a piece of equipment to which a plug or cable connects. 
Electronically, the several conductors where the port and cable contacts connect, provide a method to transfer signals between devices.
